Arrival/Departure
The day of your arrival, you can take your room from 1.30 pm, while
the they of departure please, leave the room by 10 am. Thank you very
much.
Insurance in case of cancellation
We recommend to all our guests to take out insurance that we offer for
those who cancel the stay at our Hotel, especially if you travelling
with childreen.
Bank/Atm's
You can find two banks with atm near the hotel in via Roma, at the
beach of the historical center and one at the train station.
Bar
You can use the coffee machine of our restaurant, and enjoy your
coffee, cappuccino, tea, milk, chocolate and american coffee there or
in the lemon garden. The coffee machine is free for our guests , and
open from 2 to 6 pm.
Breakfast
Breakfast is from 8 am to 10.00 am, from May to October breakfast
will be served in the Lemon Garden on the 4th floor.
Petrol Stations
The nearest gas station is in Levanto, it's about 10 Kilometers from
Monterosso al Mare by car.
Gift Cards
You want to surprise a person with a gift? We will be happy to prepare
gift cards for you. You can get more informations at the reception.
Credit cards
For the payment of your stay we accept following credit cards: Visa
and Mastercard.
Churches
You can find the parish church of San Giovanni Battista in the
historical center in Piazza garibaldi.
The churche of San francesco, which is the adjoining of the "Convento
dei Cappuccini".
The "Santuario di Soviore" which is located about 500 meters above the
sea level.
Excursions
The Cinque Terre boasts some of the best coastline hiking-trails in
the world. The path from Riomaggiore to Manarola is called the "Via
dell'amore" ( or roughly "Lovers walk")
The trails from Riomaggiore to Monterosso offers incredible views of
shore. For those that would rather not walk (or not walk the entire
trail) a padestrian ferry service runs to all five Villages, plus
Lerici, Portovenere and Portofino. You will find the timetable of the
ferries and trains at the front desk.

The nearest Pharmacy is in Fegina, the new part of Monterosso al Mare.

You can find a florist in via Vittorio Emanuele, only 2 minutes walk
from the Hotel.

Supermarket
The nearest Supermarket is Conad, only 100 meters from the Hotel.
Hospital
The nearest Hospital is in Levanto, 10 Kilometers by car and 5 minutes
by train. If you need an ambulance dial 118.
Lost property
There is no compensation from us if your cash money and valuables has
not been put in your safe. Please use the safe in your room.
Reception
Our Reception is open from 8 am to 11 pm. During this time, we are
avaiable to answer all questions and to give you all informations you
need. To call the Reception from your room, press 9.
Restaurant
We offer a Refreshment every day from 2 pm to 5 pm. You can enjoy a
nice plate of pasta with typical Italian sauces, salad and seasonal
fruit. For your dinner you'll find a map on the reception with all
restaurants in Monterosso.
Payment
You are pleased to pay the bill the day before your departure from 8
am to 1 pm or in the evening from 7 to pm.
Police /carabinieri
You will find the police office in via Buranco, only 10 meters from
our Hotel. Opening times are from 8 am to 4 pm.

then dial the area code followed by the desired number. To call from
room to room, just dial the desired room number.
Post Office
The post office is located in via Roma. Opening times are from Monday
to Friday from 8 am to 1.30 pm and saturday from 8 am to 12.30 pm. To
send letters or postcards, put your post ( with stamp) in the red
pos-box that you'll find at the reception. We will send it for you.
Beach
If you like to reserve an ombrella and chairs on the beach call.

Buy you 5 Terre cards directly at the Parco of the 5 Terre In Fegina,
under the trainstation.

Luggage:
If you like to spend your day in 5 Terre after Check out, you can
leave your Luggage in the Hotel, we will take care about.
Lemon Garden
On the 4th floor you will find a Lemon garden, which have 3 etages,
the first one, is where we serve Breakfast from May till October and
on the third you will find the Whirpool and sun- beds where you can
totally relax and have a wonderful scenery with sea view.

The Hotel have Wi-Fi if you like to use your own Computer. You can
also use our Computer.
