The narrow lanes (the “carugi”) of the historical center lead directly to our main entrance. We don’t have a sea view, unfortunately! But our hidden location is strategic, for we are located in a silent, secluded lane, where you can’t hear the village noise, although we are right there, in the middle of shops, bars, restaurants, 100 meters far from the seaside, the walking trails, and the small harbour.

How to reach the Hotel Marina By car: ALL the five villages of the Cinque Terre are pedestrian areas to offer visitors a nice holiday without car traffic. You can get easily from our hotel to the five villages by train, boat or trail and the cities of art Genoa, Pisa, and Sarzana are easily reachable by train.
Upon arrival, you can choose to park your car either
in a free parking place or in a paying car park (cost: 12,00 Euros a day).
From both we offer a free lugguage transfer from 8.00 a.m. to 19.00 p.m.
upon arrival and departure. Take the A12 motorway Genoa-Livorno and exit at the tollgate Carrodano-Levanto and follow the road signs to Levanto and Monterosso. After Levanto, the road goes uphill. At top of the hill, past a short tunnel, there’s an intersection. Follow the road signs to - Monterosso Fegina, to the guarded paying car park. At the intersection, turn right,
direction Monterosso-Fegina. After about 5 km, you get to the big guarded
paying car park (12,00 Euros a day). Park there, call the hotel for the
lugguage transfer, or walk along the path along the sea for about 700m to the short
tunnel that leads to the historical center. 100m outside of the tunnel you
see the
back of the church. Go along the lane on the left of the church, until you
reach Piazza Matteotti (Matteotti Square). On the left, 100m up Via Buranco,
you will find the Hotel Marina. - Monterosso-Centro storico,to the guarded paying car park to the free parking places. TO GET TO THE CAR PARK 300 METERS FORM THE HOTEL At the intersection, follow the main road going down on the left, direction Monterosso-Centro storico. t the roundabout at the enterance to the village there is a multistory parking car park which costs 12,00 euro a day. Or you can park your car along the road free and you call the hotel for baggage transfer. |

The closest international airports to Monterosso are Genoa Colombo and Pisa Galilei. From both airports it is possible to reach the two main railway stations from genova by bus, from pisa by train evry 20 minutes. The trains to Monterosso are frequent.
